Our room faces the street, so it's a little noisy. But I spent time hanging out in the courtyard and wished it were my own house. The place is beautifully designed, with such a calm, zen-like feel, and the staff are warm and personable.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and take real pride in how they present Casa Carmen. It's an experience I won't forget soon. The hotel itself is stunning, with artistic touches everywhere, from the linens to the plateware. Everything feels carefully chosen. Breakfast was delicious and full of flavor. My stay was truly incredible.

We were treated like royalty during our four nights here. The linens, products, amenities, and food were all especially good, and I loved the nightly turndown with slippers laid out. It felt like five-star service. This boutique hotel is a real gem in central Oaxaca. It has the feel of a warm, elegant home, and it's perfectly placed for walking around the city.

The rooms and courtyard were what we loved most during our two nights here. The courtyard felt like a peaceful refuge from Oaxaca's busy streets, and the hotel is well placed for exploring the city. Everything felt high quality, right down to the full set of Molton brown products in the bathroom. I'd definitely stay here.
