There’s a small pool in another courtyard, and spa services are available. The beds are very firm, and the pillows weren’t comfortable for me. Rooms are simple but pretty good and clean. The hotel has no in-room safes, though there are safe deposit boxes in the office. It’s a small place a short walk from central Oaxaca city. There’s a little courtyard with food from the restaurant or the connected coffee shop, and I liked the food from both. I’d stay again.

The hotel looks nice at first, but our stay was disappointing. Booking.com showed breakfast as included, yet when we arrived they said it wasn’t. The rooms felt dated and poorly cared for. The TV was tiny, the bathrooms seemed neglected, the shower fixtures were old and in bad shape, and the mattresses made it hard to rest. Restaurant service was very slow and poor as well. The experience didn’t live up to what was shown online, and the service needs a lot of improvement.

The restaurant food was amazing at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the staff made our stay so pleasant. The waiters were especially friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and always in a great mood. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and beautiful, with the same thoughtful decoration as the rest of the hotel. The one downside is that the windows don’t open, so the room can get very warm if you’re not into AC or fans. Really recommend staying here. Thanks to the Naura team for making our time so nice. 🫶🏽

We kept coming back to this hotel restaurant for breakfast, coffee, and fresh juice. It usually had space, prices were reasonable, and the upstairs bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of choices for all six of us, including omelets and healthy, vegetarian-friendly dishes, which we found hard to come by elsewhere. Service was great, thanks Jordan and the others. The food looked and tasted wonderful, and you can adjust the made-to-order green juice to your taste. Recommended!

The restaurant serves delicious food, and the hotel cafe has a great vibe with excellent coffee and bakeries. The staff were all friendly, and the interior is lovely and clean. It’s right in the center, with plenty of cafes and restaurants, a famous market, and the textile museum just across the street. Lots of things are within walking distance. Highly recommended.
