The Wi-Fi barely worked, and they ran out of hot water too. During our four-night stay, they refused to change the towels unless we paid 100 pesos per towel. Terrible customer service, and it felt like a complete scam. Nowhere else in Mexico has done this to us. Don’t stay here.
For one night, this was a really pleasant stay. The room was clean, the receptionist was nice, and the price and location made it an easy five stars. We'd definitely come back next time we're in town.
The hosts were wonderful, and the rooms had everything we needed. Everything felt well thought out and was super clean. It’s only about seven minutes from the bus station, right in the city center, and the price was great too. Loved the place and the lovely people.
A lovely woman and her family made us feel so welcome. They were kind, generous, attentive, and gave the stay a very personal touch.
The neighborhood is quiet, with shops and restaurants nearby, and Centro is an easy walk away. There’s also a roomy public park just two short blocks away, with coffee stands, food vendors, fountains, joggers, dog walkers, and a friendly local feel. The place itself is relaxed and welcoming, with that good old-fashioned Mexican service. Nothing fancy, just nice and friendly.
