I only went for breakfast, and it was great. The view was fantastic, too. I didn’t stay at the hotel, but based on what I saw, I’d consider giving it a try.

We went to book tickets for monte Alban and were given the wrong time and price over the phone. After that, I asked to use the restroom. The ticket guy showed me where it was, but a rude man at reception refused and told me to go to the bus station. I found that unacceptable and very rude. The hotel staff seemed unprofessional. If you need tickets, I’d go straight to the agency.

We paid a little extra for a nicer room with a lovely view of a church. The place was nice and very clean.

We loved our first stay here. The place feels beautiful and cozy, and Rolando was so helpful.

The staff were nice, but the rooms weren't clean and the beds were extremely hard. There was also a lot of noise from the street.
