I loved the friendly host, who gave me lots of helpful ideas for things to do and places to eat. The hotel feels like stepping into the past, but with modern comforts. I also liked that nobody bothered me unless I wanted something, so it felt like a cozy home instead of a corporate hotel. It's only a five-minute walk downtown, and the prices are very affordable. I had a great time and will definitely come back someday.

The staff were attentive and helped us get a taxi. The location is very central, and the rooms were comfortable, with Fire TV for streaming shows or playing games.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They cancel reservations when demand rises so they can charge more. Expedia and Hotels.com aren't secure, and bookings made through them aren't honored. The hotel ignores messages and is very rude when you call.

I called to ask for a room and showed up, but there was nothing for me. She stopped answering my calls too. What a complete waste of time.
