Collection O Hotel Mango,Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Oaxtepec

I had a really nice stay and would come back. It’s quiet, with plenty of places to eat nearby, and the owner is friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and clean, the shower always had hot water, service was great, and the pool is really nice and large.

There was a lot of noise nearby. In the daytime it sounded like an event venue was playing music so loudly that we could hear it with the windows and doors shut. On the second day, foam suddenly started coming up from the shower drain and kept coming until we left. They said it was coming from the washing machines upstairs, but showering surrounded by foam from who knows who was unpleasant. The check-in and reception staff were friendly, and everything in the facilities was very clean. The towels and sheets also seemed fresh and new.

The pool area is really pleasant, and the staff are attentive. Our room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, with hot water. The location is a little hidden, the streets are narrow, and carrying luggage up the stairs is difficult.

There was nobody at reception when I arrived for my Friday-to-Saturday reservation, and no one answered when I called the contact number. I had to find another hotel, yet they still charged me for the night. This hotel has no connection with Six Flags.
