I think this is the best place I’ve been to around Mexico city or toluca. It’s beautiful and so relaxing, with very traditional Mexican food from the kitchen. There are activities nearby, like fishing, crossing the line, and bikes. Just wonderful. Thank you Ivan and Mateo.
Surrounded by mountains, lakes, and green spaces, the view is absolutely breathtaking. It’s a great way to disconnect from city life, and there are lots of free activities to enjoy throughout the day. Excellent place to stay! 🏞️👌🏽
The rooms are really comfortable, and the owner is a great host. It’s a small hotel in La Marquesa with its own restaurant, a pleasant choice for a weekend away. There are little ponds where you can catch fresh trout, which they prepare right away. Simple, elegant, and very pleasant. I invite you to visit.

We arrived late to La Marquesa and made a last-minute reservation after finding the place online. Nobody answered the door when we got there, so we waited around forty minutes before getting our room. The shower only had lukewarm water and weak pressure, which is why I’m giving it two stars.
