It’s a reasonably priced hotel with a good location: lots of places to eat along the street, and the road down to the beach is a block away. Leo at the desk was attentive and gave us helpful advice. A few little things were annoying, though. After a 16+ hour trip with flight delays, we didn’t want to have to navigate check-in with the night staff member, who speaks no English. You also can’t flush toilet paper, so it goes in a bin that made the bathroom smell and feel gross. And there was no hot water unless we ran it for 20+ minutes before showering.

The neighborhood is the best, with great food everywhere. I love LiveTulum, and the front desk team is always helpful when I want restaurant tips or other recommendations. The rooms are spotless, and some have an attached swimming pool, though those cost more. Prices change depending on the time of year. I think you’ll love it!

This small hotel is lovely and cozy, with nice-looking rooms and friendly staff who were happy to answer questions. It’s only minutes from downtown Tulum’s main strip, and the huge Chedraui supermarket nearby was handy. A few upkeep issues need attention. The pool area was pretty dirty, with moss around the poolside, and the curtains in our room were covered in mould and need replacing. There’s a bath, but no tap to fill it, just a shower that takes ages and never gets very hot. We also would’ve liked more than three tea bags for two people. Apart from those things, we’d definitely stay again.

I loved the place, and the weekly price was great. Ezekiel is super friendly, and the location is good. I’d definitely stay again. I’d read a previous comment saying there were bike rentals on the property, but there aren’t. There are rental places on both corners, though.
