The terrace has an amazing mountain view, and the location is wonderful, close to the center. The rooms are clean, and I'd gladly stay again. It's a basic hotel with a very limited restaurant and no coffee in the room. That's a shame in one of North America's best coffee-growing regions, especially with so many small local roasters if you enjoy coffee.

The buffet breakfast wasn't to my taste, though I was fine with the yogurt and cereal and others seemed to like it. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the hotel was clean, and the beds and shower were good. It's in a quiet location with nice views. I'd be happy to return.

The rooftop view over the city and mountains was a close second, but the hot shower was the best part. Great pressure, the best hotel shower I've had. The room size, cleanliness, location, parking, and breakfast were all good too.

The rooftop terrace is a cute place to sit and look over the city, and there’s a small gym with a treadmill and two weight machines. The hotel is well priced, with knowledgeable, nice staff. It’s clean and updated, right in downtown Orizaba, with restaurants, bars, shops, and the bus station all walkable. There’s free homemade buffet breakfast, working WiFi, cable TV, and underground parking. The building has just two floors.
