The rooms were clean, and reception staff spoke some English, but the service was far below what we'd expect at this price. We couldn't open the windows, the parking area was very small, and a sticker on the car key left annoying residue when removed. Check-in was 3.5 hours later than the stated time. We kept being told to wait, and at 6:30 pm they still asked us to give it another ten minutes. With a café right beside reception, offering a coffee after such a long wait would have been the least they could do. At checkout, we waited a long time again, and three people who arrived after us were served first. That was especially frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel in this category. We'll choose a different hotel in Orizaba next time.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the whole hotel is exceptionally clean. The location is great, and the reception and restaurant staff are warm, welcoming, and offer wonderful hospitality.

The rooms are well priced for the service you get, and the location is right in the city's tourist area. Everything was impressively clean, with new finishes, and the whole staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. There’s a restaurant with very good food, a coffee shop, and on-site parking with valet service.

The location is a real plus, close to downtown and most of Orizaba's attractions. The facilities are nice, but the service was awful, and the rooms aren't cheap. It doesn't feel like a four-star hotel. We booked three rooms and arrived at 3 pm, half an hour before check-in. They wouldn't even let us leave our car because parking was limited, so we went sightseeing to save time. When we came back around 5, only two rooms were ready. They said the third was still being cleaned, and we didn't get it until about 7. All three rooms still had to be vacated by noon the next day, and they offered nothing for the late wait. Getting our car out of the lot also took almost an hour. The staff had excuses for everything and the customer service was terrible.
