The location was great, and the atmosphere felt quiet and safe. I had everything I needed in the room for a pleasant stay. The facilities were clean, comfortable and well organized, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout, with prompt, professional service. The quality of the services stood out too. I'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay and good service.

We loved it and will come back whenever we're in Orizaba. The location is perfect, and the rooms had exactly what we needed to relax. From the start, the service felt personal and lovely. Everyone was attentive and incredibly helpful. It's clean and comfortable, and it really feels like home.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the place feels clean, homey and friendly. It's also very affordable. Parking is available, though there isn't much room, so check ahead. The manager was incredibly friendly from the first booking call through checkout, and his restaurant recommendations were a huge help. After a long day of sightseeing, it was so relaxing to watch a show on Netflix on the TV and then go to sleep. I highly recommend it, 10/10!

My partner and I were really happy with the service. Mr. Jaime was very kind and treated us wonderfully. We stayed just a few days ago. The rooms were clean, and they had a coffee maker in the room; complimentary coffee was provided in the afternoons during our stay. The TV had Netflix, YouTube and more.
