The staff were very friendly and made it easy to feel at home. The parking was easy to get into without bothering them, and it felt secure from the outside. The room was an adequate size, not tiny but not especially spacious. Street noise was unbelievably loud and made falling asleep a chore. At least the bed was very comfortable, and the ventilation kept the room cool enough without using the A/C.

The entrance is the nicest part, and things get much worse after that. I don’t understand the high reviews. We booked two rooms with queen beds, but the hotel only showed one, so we had to prove there were two reservations. They first gave us rooms with double beds, and we had to point out the problem. There were no extras in the rooms, just soap and one roll of toilet paper on the holder. There were also notes thanking us for leaving a service tip, even though we’d only just entered the room.

For the price, the rooms are very good. I did get bitten by some kind of insect at night, which wasn’t good, but everything else was very good and I didn’t have any other problems.
