The rooms are on the small, tight side, and they get a bit hot and stuffy without air conditioning. Still, they were fine for sleeping, and everything else was good. The hotel is very central, so we could walk to lots of tourist spots. The administrator's service was good too. The man who helped us was friendly and attentive from our very first contact. I'd stay here again.

The staff were so kind and attentive, and we could walk to all the tourist places in Orizaba because the hotel is very close. The place and the rooms are small, so don't expect luxury, but it suited us.

We only had a short stay, using the hotel as a place to sleep while seeing Orizaba. It worked really well for that. It was affordable, clean and comfortable, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it.
