The view was a highlight for us, especially first thing in the morning. The apartment felt brand new, spotless, and modern, and it was clearly kept with a lot of care. The location worked really well, close to the beach and other things we needed while still feeling peaceful. Wi-Fi stayed fast and reliable the whole time. Our host answered questions quickly and made check-in easy, with clear communication throughout. Great value for the money, and we'd happily stay again when visiting Tulum.

There was trash piling up, no one at the front desk, and security wasn't at the main gate around the clock. The hotel felt far from finished. A local said it had been completed in under six months, which might explain why it's already falling apart, including missing tiles in the pool. The place is presented as luxury, but it feels poorly put together. I'd suggest staying in town or paying extra for a beachfront place.

The building itself is nice, but the rooftop still feels unfinished. There's a bar and kitchen area up there, but no fridge or way to barbecue 😆. Only some of the sun beds have pads, and lying on the bare hard wood slats isn't relaxing.
