We stayed here twice, first six months ago and again this weekend. The price and location are good, but after the remodeling the walls in our room were so thin that we could hear everything. Hearing the person next door singing in the shower was a bit uncomfortable. The website is for a sister hotel in Puebla, not this one, so we expected a terrace that wasn't here.

It’s peaceful here, and I slept well, though the pillows felt a little firm. The location is central and the prices are reasonable. My room was small, but it had a TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, and self-service coffee. The staff were attentive and helpful. It did get cold in the room, especially early in the morning, so a blanket would have been useful. Also, light from the hallway came through the door while I was trying to sleep. I’d stay here again when I’m back in Orizaba.
