This was my second visit, and I plan to come back. It's clean and sanitary, with a WiFi router on every floor, and the large beds are soft. The apartments are basically like renting a furnished place, with a full kitchen. The location isn't ideal, but the community is secluded behind a very large wall, and surprisingly there's no noise from outside it. The staff are quick, friendly, and welcoming to Americans. For what you'd pay for the same thing in America, you get about three times as much. I'd like a way to switch the TVs to English, but it's not a big deal.

The apartments were decently furnished, but I was disappointed by the lack of hot water and heating, and the units got quite cold at night. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly, and made racial remarks I didn't appreciate. Privada 400 Casas is in a very residential area, with most attractions too far to walk to. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for good customer service or traveling without a car.
