Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the shared area and garden. The jacuzzi is a great extra in Palenque’s heat, and it was clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, with good beds, privacy curtains, and AC that kept working nonstop, which really matters in the hot, humid weather. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, not just the reception girls, and security was strong too. It’s in a good, quiet location, and the price felt reasonable and well worth it. Highly recommended!

I stayed two nights and thought it was a pretty great place. Good price, quiet room with AC, lots of hot water, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and the location was great. There are showers for the pool and clean toilets with bidets.

Good value, with cleaners coming in every day and fresh linen on comfortable beds. The rooms are fairly spacious and have lockers for backpacks. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, plus an outdoor area with couches and a jacuzzi where you can relax.

Our king-size room was clean and comfortable. It could have used a few more lights. The hostel’s other facilities were okay, nothing particularly special, and the location was nice, near the bus station and some restaurants.

The location was great, and WiFi worked well for us. We also appreciated having purified water in the shared kitchen. Our private room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was clean too. The AC was excellent and the shower had good water pressure.
