They kindly looked after my backpack while I went to visit the ruins.

The bed mattress was a little worn and had some dents from use. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The location is very good, it was clean, the hot water worked, the team was efficient, and the air conditioning was great.

Cristhian at reception was so helpful when we arrived three hours before check-in. We only wanted to leave our luggage, use the lobby, and explore, but he offered us a ready room like the one we’d booked so we could put our things down comfortably. It made the afternoon much easier. We used the restroom, brushed our teeth, got some air, and were there about 20 minutes. We still waited until check-in time to leave, since we planned to spend the whole day at the Palenque ruins. Tourists often just need to freshen up and get out to explore, rather than stay cooped up in a room, so I really appreciated his kindness. The hotel is two blocks from the ADO bus terminal and the pizzeria. When we came back tired, the internet worked perfectly for Netflix. There was good AC, USB ports for phones, a fan, shower, swimming pool, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows. It was a comfortable stay overall, though the pool water wasn’t very clean. I had a great time.

The relaxed feel is what makes this place special. There’s a lovely pool where it’s nice to sit, and the staff are friendly. Rooms are comfortable and the shower was fine. Some face the busy side, so street noise can come through. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, which has a Mexican menu, but there are several places to eat well on the same street. That also makes the location convenient. Honestly, I think it’s the best place to stay in Palenque.
