I've stayed here twice, and the front desk team in particular provides some of the best service. The rooms and pools are kept in good shape. The food menu needs work, though. There's no Asian cuisine, even though many guests are from Asia.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but it feels like management only puts money into the hotel when absolutely necessary. The washer and dryers in the laundry room don't work, and I was told there were no plans to fix or replace them, so use the laundry service. It's basically the only show in town, with three reasonable hotels: Holiday Inn Express, Marriott City Express, and Hampton Inn & Suites. I've only stayed here, though colleagues have tried the others. I believe Hampton Inn is the best choice. For me, the difference is that its rooms have mini refrigerators.

I've been staying here for a while, and the people always treat us well. The pool, gym, and restaurant are all nice, nothing fancy. The location sits between the popular places to eat and town, and stepping away from either means leaving their noise behind.

The water was yellow, the food was below standard, and the staff were rude. They said no to every request I made. I'd choose Holiday inn instead.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service and hospitality were very good. I left my jeans in the room, and they held onto them for two weeks. I had a really nice stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for business travelers.
