There was coffee, tea, and water available at the front office all the time, and parking is on site. The staff were attentive, and the rustic rooms were clean. Our stay was good overall, but the shower's hot water lasted no more than two minutes.

An old world hotel with plenty of grace and charm, but modernized too. It was a lovely surprise. The town square, quaint shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Five stars hardly seems enough. I'd try it next time you're there.

It's hard to keep a historic building in good shape while preserving the charm people want, but this place does a great job. Everything is clean and it's run very well. In this price range, it's the best I've seen so far in Mexico. There's parking on site, and a second building next door has plenty of meeting space for groups. If the hotel looks sold out online, call them directly.

A lovely little hotel with a beautiful patio, and the staff were very nice and helpful. It was clean and smelled nice. Parking is available, and the biggest plaza is a 10 minute walk away.

The place is beautifully kept and magical, just as its name says. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the service stood out. The staff were exceptionally courteous and kind, always ready to help with what you need. I’d highly recommend it.
