We've stayed here twice now and love it. It's in a great location, with a big pool the kids love that stays open late. The beds are clean, and breakfast is GREAT, proper, delicious breakfast. We'll stay every time we come!

The food was good, and customer service was really great. The hotel is clean, and while it costs a little more than other three-star places in Piedras Negras, the quality and service are worth the fair price. I love this hotel and will stay here more often when I visit Piedras Negras.

We came from the US and the problems started when they said our reservation had been cancelled. Then they tried to put us in a smoking room even though we'd booked non-smoking. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we finally got a room, but within five minutes the phone rang and we were told to leave because we had a dog. We'd booked because the website said pets were allowed. At the desk, they wanted to charge us a fine, so we left without staying. The employee told us to call in the morning for a refund. When we called the next morning, the person who answered gave us a fake name and said we were still checked in. The room was hot, they refused to refund us, and we were given fake names. I'm beyond upset and frustrated with the service. I'll never stay here. Save your time and money. This place isn't worth it and doesn't deserve even one star.

We stayed two days, and there was no buffet breakfast even though it was advertised. The room was okay, but the keys were very sensitive and I had to get mine replaced.
