The hotel is beautiful, and so far it's been really nice and safe. The master bedroom has air conditioning, but the guest room doesn't. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Beaches, shopping, dining, and drinks along Playa de Carmen's main strip are all walkable. There are great morning coffee spots about five minutes away, as well as a grocery store and an OXXO. Golf is available too, though I didn't go.

The only downside is that there's no shared pool. Otherwise, it's a cute gated community in beautiful Playacar Phase 2, with modern, nicely designed townhouses.

For the price, this place in Tulum is awesome to rent. Great pool and jungle vibes!
