Casa La Buena Vida

There’s a pool and a cleaning lady comes every day, but the shower had no hot water. With only one guest, the casa is quiet, and the other guests were nice. The kitchen is near room 1, though, so it gets busy early. There’s no restaurant here or golf course on site, apart from Hard Rock golf course a few minutes away. From the Sandos resort, a taxi to 5th ave costs 90 pesos. Around PlayaCar, there are only a few bars, restos, markets, pharmacies, and stores. The walk to 5th ave takes 45 minutes, good for keeping in shape!

Privacy is what makes the difference here. I found the service impeccable, the furniture and accessories top-quality, and the house very private and inviting, with a country club feel. The neighborhood is the best in Playa del Carmen, great for running or walking, with a golf course and shopping promenade. The house is on the golf course, not near the beach. There's another similar beach house a block from the beach, and they'll take you there in a Cadillac Escalade. Restaurants are outside the neighborhood, but that wasn't a problem for me. It's a great place to relax and enjoy yourself.

The staff were so kind to us, and we really appreciated that. I found the place welcoming and had a great time. A few details could be better, but I'm leaving with a very positive impression.

The host was attentive, and the place was very comfortable. The neighborhood feels very exclusive. It works well for a few days or even months. 100% recommended.
