Our apartment was on the left side of the ground floor, looking out over the pool, and it had a very handy washer and dryer. The house is beautifully designed with new furniture, and it was clean and felt safe. There's a little playground and access to the golf course. A 10 out of 10 for us.

Where to begin? We booked a three-bedroom apartment for six people, but were given a two-bedroom place set up for four. The third room hadn't been prepared, cleaned, or made ready. There was no working WiFi in the apartment. The connection they offered came from other units they rent, but it kept dropping, sometimes wasn't visible on our devices, and didn't work reliably. The new TV took them 24 hours to get working. I could let that one go, but it still deserves a mention. The apartment wasn't clean overall, and we had to wash the plates and kitchen appliances ourselves. The washing machine listed in the booking app wasn't connected or working. Customer service was a big zero, and I'd think twice before booking here. The pool is nice, and the apartment is spacious if you count the third room.

We came for a few days for a wedding and were really impressed with this apartment building. It had everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which was helpful since we'd flown in without any. Hector was excellent, answering our questions promptly and professionally. I'd happily recommend the place and book it again on a return to Puerto Aventuras.

The hotel staff were helpful and kept checking in until we arrived, but reaching them directly by phone worked much better than messaging the person who sent information through Booking.com. The place itself was clean.

The apartment was spotless, with amazing decor and all the equipment needed to live comfortably. Excellent for the price, I'd recommend it.
