The pool itself was nice, and there were a few seating spots, a decent fridge and cooler, a large TV, and working AC with a ceiling fan. Still, those things did nothing to make up for how bad this stay was. I booked nine nights in advance, suffered through most of them, and was refused any refund. The hotel felt dirty from the moment I arrived, with poor hygiene throughout. Construction was underway without being clearly disclosed. From Wednesday, workers started loud roof repairs by the pool around 14:00, and the racket lasted for hours, making the pool unusable. It felt more like a work site than somewhere to stay. The street outside was noisy too, with traffic and people audible from the room. Starting Wednesday, the municipality pressure-washed the street every night from 03:00 to 05:30. The machinery repeatedly woke me up, and I lost several nights of sleep. Other basics were missing. There were only thin sheets, no proper blankets, so I bought one at Walmart. Hot water was often unavailable, and the soap barely lathered. The Wi-Fi was very weak and unstable, making normal browsing or working almost impossible. Reception staff didn’t speak English, which made trying to sort things out difficult. It felt like a cheap motel, not a hotel. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

I didn’t feel safe or comfortable there, so I left that night and moved to a nearby hotel. The room, once we finally got it, was dirty and in poor repair. Check-in was already 30 minutes past the official time, and the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional from the start. They gave no real apology or explanation for the delay. Please stay away.

The pool was clean, though the area looks a little beat up, like it used to be a bar or something. The rooms are kept clean, which matters most to me. It’s right on the strip, so the music gets loud at night. That was fine for me, but might not work for everyone. For what I paid, I was satisfied.

The location was perfect and the rooms were okay, but the service was awful. At check-in they gave us a key to a room that already had someone in it. We asked for toilet paper and were told they wouldn’t have any until the next day, so I had to buy my own. On our last night, the kids and I were relaxing and watching a movie when a couple opened our door and walked in. They turned around and left when they saw us. I went to reception, and the guy said he didn’t know the room was occupied and would look into it. I told him the same thing had happened when we checked in, when I was given a key to an occupied room. He apologized again, but this was unsettling. Bring your own towels and bedding if you book here. They charge if they think those items look dirty. I was charged $15 each for three towels with a little dirt on them, even though we were staying by the beach. The employee said he wouldn’t charge if the mark came out with bleach. It was coming off during his test, but a cleaner walked by and told him to stop and charge me because she said the towels wouldn’t come out clean. Then he offered two choices: pay for the towels or give the cleaner a bigger tip. I said I’d only pay what I could, and wouldn’t pay $15 per towel when he knew they weren’t worth that. He told me to bring my own towels and bedding next time. There won’t be a next time. I’m never staying here again.
