The neighborhood feels safe and is far enough from downtown’s craziness, but still close enough to walk. The beach is just a short hop away. For families, the clean apartment, shallow pool, and fully fenced yard make it a safe, fun spot for kids. The studio with loft has enough room for 2-3 people. Best of all, Illiana is a very kind person and a lovely hostess =)

Fabio was a wonderful host. The rooms are big and clean, and all the facilities are there. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Playa del Carmen. Nice hotel.
