I wouldn't recommend this place. It looked promising when we arrived, with a high-tech entry and a nice smell in the entrance, but there were too many problems. The staff weren't helpful, there's only one elevator, and the rooftop patio bathrooms were filthy. The location seemed nice, though no vehicles are allowed on the street. To me, the building felt like a tourist trap. Not worth your time.

It's more like a private, contemporary condo on 5th Avenue than a hotel, and we had a great experience. The rooftop is beautiful, Starbucks is right there, and shops are an easy walk away. If you drive, parking is the one inconvenience. You'll need to find your own spot, and there's a lot one block from distrito corazon. I'd recommend staying here, and we'll be back on our next Playa del Carmen visit. Thanks to Pepe and Iris for looking after us.

The building is lovely, and the apartment was spacious and super clean. The AC worked so well we even got cold. Nice amenities, and the people here were really kind and helpful.

This place is run-down and nowhere near luxurious. There are so many reasons to avoid staying here. Don't waste your money!

The place was extremely clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I feel really lucky we managed to get this room on short notice. Thanks to the host Mohasir for replying so quickly. It was a lovely way to end the year and start a new one!
