The place was clean, and the staff were pleasant. Having someone at reception around the clock was helpful. I only stayed a few hours, though, and wouldn't want to be there for more than a night or two. The room was small, the air conditioner didn't seem to work, and getting the key out of the door was a hassle. I didn't stay long enough to learn whether they'd fix the AC.

The prices are cheap and most of the staff were nice, but our beds had sand on them and there weren't enough pillows for everyone. They only had blankets, and they were paper-thin. I left my shoes under the bed in the private room, and when I came back they'd disappeared. One staff member stole them.

I asked Francisco for his full name after the tour, but he refused to give it. He also made threatening comments about what would happen if I reported him. Earlier, when the van stopped and I opened the door to get out, he snapped that I wasn't allowed to open it and only he could. That made the tour really uncomfortable. I'm not a prisoner in the van. We recently toured with Easy Tours, and Francisco was our driver. He was rude throughout. I attached a photo so others can be cautious, and I hope management deals with this. Easy Tours and its associated businesses are responsible for hiring someone like him.

It's 1 a.m. on a Monday and the awful music is still blasting. There's no way to sleep here. Calling this an Easy Hotel feels like a lie. Avoid it.

The rooftop bar blasts noise late into the night, so getting any rest here is hard. The place also looks cheap and a bit sketchy. I hated it.
