The beach sand was phenomenal, great for a relaxing walk, and the views were breathtaking. I also loved the food, the weather, and the bonfire gatherings and full moon ceremonies, which made the stay feel special. The facilities are excellent, especially the gym, where the instructors leading the different disciplines are knowledgeable, inspiring, and top-notch. Service from reception through management was warm and attentive; everyone was kind and helpful and made me feel at home. From beginning to end, Auberge Ethereo Hotel was a memorable, heartwarming getaway. Highly recommended.

The views and white sand beach were beautiful, and there were plenty of great places to relax by the pool or firepits. The rooms were amazing, the food was great, and the service was excellent. This became one of my favourite hotels in the world. Highly recommend.

This was a horrible experience. Staff seemed more interested in reminding guests how lucky they were to be there than in serving the people paying to stay. They were poorly organized, and some restrictions felt arbitrary, with parts of the hotel closed at certain times. Room service was advertised as 24/7, but it wasn’t available at night, and there was no notice. I’d strongly recommend taking your business to the edition next door instead.

We just came back from a milestone birthday and babymoon, and after many trips to the Riviera Maya, this was easily our best stay. The ocean was a dream: the beach and water stayed remarkably free of seaweed, no small feat in this area, and swimming, floating, or simply unwinding there was wonderful. The meals were exceptional, beautifully prepared, nourishing without feeling restrictive, and rooted in local flavors and culture. Every meal felt special. From the architecture and natural setting to the quiet luxury and cultural touches, everything felt intentional and deeply restorative. The whole place encourages you to slow down and be present, with wellness reflected in the design, food, and pace. Most of all, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and caring. Every interaction made us feel looked after, which meant a lot in this special chapter of life. Nothing was overlooked; every need was met with kindness and grace. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We’ll be back. It’s a rare, beautiful place to rest, celebrate, and reconnect.
