The pool was nice, and the full hot breakfast was included. The hotel was clean and reasonably priced, with very attentive staff. It's also close to the mall and airport. I recommend it and will definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location is good, but I was very disappointed with the room. The bedsheets were torn and stained, and the blanket was the worst I've seen in a hotel, covered in burn marks and with a rubbery feel. The bathroom towels were torn and not plush at all. Mosquitoes filled the room even on the 7th floor, so I had to go to the pharmacy next door to buy bug spray. The ironing board had no cover, and the shower floor was slimy where people stand and along the walls. Dinner was burritos and hot dogs with coffee. That's why I'd give the hotel two stars.

The laundry service spilled bleach on two of my dresses, and one of them can't be saved. The air conditioning is loud, and the elevators are slow and jolt around. I also don't understand why they need so many staff at breakfast.

I go there for breakfast with my dad all the time, and I swear they have the best buffet and breakfast. If you're going just for breakfast, you've made a great choice.

The staff were awesome and the service was great. It's a really nice hotel for the price, and it's close to the mall.
