Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba

We had a lovely girls' trip at Fairmont Mayakoba. The property was clean and well kept, with plenty of restaurants and activities. Five stars!

We've had another wonderful stay at Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The residences are superb, and care from the friendly, attentive staff is evident throughout the property, both in the residences area and elsewhere. The facilities, food, and activities are all outstanding. This place is a real gem.

We've now stayed at Fairmont at mayakoba three times, with the last two visits at Fairmont Heritage Place, and it was amazing again. The roomy, luxurious stay is lovely, but the service is the best part. Monica Cervantes helped our family before and during both recent stays. She was excellent, prompt, and invaluable in making them special. We had great food, golf, experiences, and stellar service.

We had a great time at Gaia and Tauro, where Angel was a fantastic waiter. We also enjoyed delicious breakfasts, lunches, and poolside food at Las Brisas. Dmitri, Alexander, Angel, and Felipe all helped make those meals a pleasure, and service from the staff was impeccable every day. Our four-bedroom villa at Fairmont Heritage Place was comfortable, thanks in large part to Edgar and Ali. They helped arrange trips, restaurants, and shopping whenever we contacted them. At Fairmont Spa, Margarita and Mindy put us at ease right away during our fantastic massages. Luis and Sandy carefully taught us macrame one afternoon, and we were pleased with the decorations we made. It was a fantastic holiday, and we'd love to return.
