The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the location good. But we had no hot water during all five days, no toilet paper, and the room wasn’t cleaned. The pictures didn’t match what we found. We paid for a suite, didn’t get that room, and had to ask, but still weren’t given the one we’d paid for. Not recommended.

The service was really bad.

We were made to feel comfortable, and the person who helped us was very kind. When a small problem came up, they took care of it right away. The cleaning staff were friendly too, though I’d suggest they smile a little more. It’s close to 5th Avenue, and for the amenities, you get what you get. If you’ll be out on tours and just need a place to sleep, it’s good value for the money. Would I stay again? Absolutely. I’ll come back every time I visit Playa del Carmen.

It’s clean, well located, and the air conditioning is adequate. Just be ready for a noisy night: it’s right on 5th Avenue, with restaurants, music, and lots of people walking around until about midnight. I recommend it.

The rooms are roomy and have what a family needs for an overnight stay. It’s clean and affordable, in a convenient location, and the service is very friendly. :)
