Stayed for 10 days. A good hotel at a good price.
I found it comfortable and, most of all, clean. The guy was really friendly and attentive, so I’m not sure why some reviews are bad. It’s a bit far to walk to the tourist areas, but the distance is manageable by car. For what it costs, I’d stay again.
The room itself had decent facilities and the photos looked great, but the neighborhood didn’t feel safe to me. For the price, things might have been fine if we hadn’t found three big cockroaches on a bed when we arrived. The manager didn’t answer when we called. The next day he brushed it off as normal and said Tulum was worse. We left early and Booking.com didn’t refund us.
The internet was awful, and so was the room: mold stains, a broken bathroom door, and a flimsy wardrobe. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Close to the beach, and the room is peaceful and comfortable. A nice spot to relax.
