The rooftop is a nice place to go for a drink and sea views, even though I didn't use the pool. I didn't have any problems with my room, either. The hotel is within walking distance of many prime places, so the location is perfect. You do trade that convenience for noise from the club across the way, which gets pretty loud. I had earplugs, so it wasn't too disruptive for me. Shoutout to Jonathan at the front desk. He was incredibly kind and helpful with everything, from checking me in to finding transport and extending my stay by another night. For the price, I think this place is great and would recommend it.

The rooftop pool has great views, and the hotel is a block from Quinta Avenida, so it's central without being loud. My room was spacious, modern, and very clean. I was very satisfied with the hotel and thought it was good value for the price.

The noise was awful: people screamed every night from 3 to 5 am, after the club noise from 1 to 3 am. My stay was a mess in other ways too. There were blood stains on the sheets, and the shower barely had any water pressure. The towels they gave us after 5 pm smelled bad and had stains, and there were no face towels. The place wasn't very clean overall, and the service was really bad. They said we could change rooms, then told us the hotel was actually fully booked. I'd give it zero stars if I could :) Don't come here.

The suite we booked smelled strongly of sewage and was uninhabitable when we arrived, so the hotel agreed to move us to a regular room. They said they'd refund the difference and told me to contact booking.com. booking.com made multiple attempts to reach the hotel, but the hotel hasn't responded, blocking the refund process. That's mainly why I'm giving one star: the communication and cooperation were so poor. I also sent the hotel several WhatsApp messages. They clearly saw them but didn't reply, which showed an unacceptable lack of respect for guests.

The front desk service was excellent, and getting in and out of the hotel was no problem. The location is good, and having private parking nearby was really convenient. We liked the room and the tub, and the rooftop was nice too. Nothing especially exciting, but nice enough. The noise from coco bongo wasn't as disruptive as other reviews made it sound.
