I liked the hotel's design and location, and the room was cool and the bed comfortable. It was also pretty quiet, even though I was on the fourth floor right across from the elevator. But my room hadn't been cleaned properly: there was a large clump of hair on the shower wall. The window was opaque, so hardly any natural light came in.

The breakfast was phenomenal, with a big selection of high-quality Mexican and international dishes. The hotel also provides free water dispensers in the lobby, which is handy since tap water in CDMX is considered undrinkable. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Reception could speak English when needed. There was a rooftop pool and bar, a small gym, a restaurant, and another bar by the lobby. You could order snacks and drinks to your room through the night. As a European tourist, I had a very good stay. It's in a safe area near the city center and easy to reach by different transport. Parades or demonstrations on Avenida de la reforma can sometimes close nearby roads. Valet parking was free, with a voluntary propina, and convenient. Even the smallest room category had enough room for two people and their luggage, though the bed was a little small. The AC worked but could have been colder, and the bathroom ventilation wasn't great, so it stayed damp after a shower. There was a safe and fridge, and the room was generally very clean and well maintained. Pricing felt fair compared with similar hotels, and I can absolutely recommend it.

German and the rest of the breakfast team were so friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Blanca. The room was to a high standard, as was everything else in the hotel, and the service was exceptional. I'd recommend it 10/10.

We had breakfast included in our booking each day, and that was a great, economical choice. Early risers could take their time eating without leaving the hotel, and late risers could wander in later. The buffet was incredible, with attentive service from Germán and his staff. There was a wide range of savory and sweet food, including scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, and granola. We also ate dinner at the restaurant a few times after busy days and were never disappointed. The food was always delicious and the service outstanding. Hotel Casa Blanca was an ideal base for our family of four for a week in CDMX. We booked the 'Family Suite' and were glad we did. With two teenagers, the second room and pullout bed gave everyone space. The bathroom was huge and had a private sauna. A door separated the sinks from the shower area, which made it easier to manage everyone's morning and evening routines. The modern furnishings were in excellent shape, and everything was very clean. The care put into the hotel is clear throughout. The location was hard to beat: close to Monumento a la Revolución, a 15-minute walk to Bellas Artes and the Historic Center, and a couple of blocks from good public transit. I'd happily stay again. Thank you so much, Hotel Casa Blanca, for a phenomenal experience, and see you soon!

We liked having an EV charger at the hotel, which was perfect for our trip. Charging is billed by the kW. There's also a rooftop pool with a nice view, and the staff were friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. The location made it easy to walk around Mexico City. I've stayed in several hotels there, and this was among the least enjoyable breakfasts I've had. The food had no flavor and seemed aimed at American guests.
