Nh Mexico City Reforma

My boyfriend was made to feel so appreciated because it was his birthday during the trip. We had a beautiful time here and felt very welcome, thanks to the amazing customer service. The room was spacious, the amenities were great, and being right in the heart of the city made getting around easy. Definitely recommend, 10/10!

I appreciated the hotel’s sustainability program. If you skip daily housekeeping to help save water, you can get a complimentary drink from the bar. It’s a simple, thoughtful idea. The stay was very pleasant, and whenever we had a small issue or request, staff handled it quickly and efficiently. Great location too. I’d gladly stay again.

The weekend nightlife nearby can make things noisy at night, so pack earplugs or enjoy the music as you fall asleep. Otherwise, NH Reforma is a solid hotel in a convenient, safe-feeling part of Reforma, close to local bars and nightlife. I’ve stayed here many times and at other NH properties, and they offer very good value. My loyalty membership got me an upgrade at check-in, which was a nice surprise. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, and I always appreciate the sheets, towels, robes, and slippers. The breakfast buffet is very good if your rate includes it, or you can pay for it separately. I’d happily return.

I spent two nights here before flying back to Australia. On the last day, I ate the hotel’s buffet breakfast, then left for a 1 p.m. flight to Dallas. About 30 minutes into the flight, I became severely ill with food poisoning. I needed a wheelchair escort through DFW and was denied boarding to Melbourne. After two days at an airport hotel, I eventually got home via Sydney. I’d been in Mexico for two weeks, eating everywhere, including street food and markets, and this was the only time I became unwell. I emailed the hotel from Dallas and followed up yesterday, but a week later I still haven’t received even an acknowledgement. The hotel needs to review its food safety standards, and ignoring a serious complaint is unacceptable service for a four-star hotel. The stay was expensive too, $500 AUD for two nights. My room also hadn’t been serviced after I’d been out all day, so I had to ask at 6 p.m. Avoid like the plague, that’s how sick I got.
