We were comfortable here and really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to the main restaurants and bars, especially along 5th Ave. The night staff were very helpful, though most spoke Spanish. If you’re driving, ask them to open the garage entrance. It’s a bit tight, but manageable.
The pool was lovely, and the staff were so friendly. Our room was roomy and comfortable, though the Wi-Fi in there wasn’t great. It worked much better by the rooftop pool and in the common areas. You can walk to 5th Ave, and the taco truck half a block away is worth trying.
The place was spotless, from the halls to the condo and linens, and it was well equipped. We also liked the underground parking. The garage only opens from inside, so access is limited to people with unit keys, and there was security day and night. There’s also a coded keypad outside in case someone steps away. The pool was clean and quiet, and we used the BBQ with help from the guard. Staff can refill the water jugs for a few dollars. The A/C worked well, and it’s easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and bars without being close enough for the noise to bother us. We’re coming back next week!
The pool area was a highlight, and it was great to have free use of the washer and dryer. Almost everything you need is a 5-10 minute walk away. We mentioned a couple of very minor things to the owner privately, and they appreciated the feedback. We’d definitely stay again.
