The condo was much bigger than I expected, with two bathrooms, which worked perfectly for us. Our host met us on arrival, showed us around, and was lovely. The pool area was gorgeous. It’s about a two-minute walk to La Quinta on a well-lit street. The area felt very safe, and there was a security guard at the building gate. ADO Alternate bus terminal is also two minutes away, with buses to Cancun, Tulum, and other places. Just make sure to choose the right terminal when booking. I’d stay here again.

The place was spotless when we arrived, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There’s private parking, and the location is ideal, near quinta avenida and the tourist services, but still very quiet. I’d just add a few more forks to the kitchen. Highly recommend ❤️

We had nine people across two rooms for five nights, and everyone was comfortable. The rooms were well stocked with coffee, creamer, shampoo, and body wash. Free laundry and maid service were included, and the security guard gave us details for a local guide who helped with excursions. Thanks to Alex and Aviv for even leaving a bottle of wine in the room! You can walk to ADO, the excursion bus stop, and 5th ave, with everything there. The grocery store is two blocks away, and it’s an 18-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

You get basic accommodation for what you pay. Isaac replied quickly and handled all our requests without delay, which I appreciated. The units are a little worn, though. We stayed in 208, and it felt dated, with quite a few old or broken things. The pool water was cold. The guard was appreciated, and Mega grocery store is nearby. Everything is walkable. It was okay overall.

The location is great, and the pool is cute. Security seemed good too. Just a heads-up, there’s a bar next door that can get a little loud. Also, there’s no elevator, so if you’re hauling a lot like I was, you’ll need to pay someone to help carry your stuff upstairs.
