Roberto made the Family Concierge service feel personal. He checked in often, brought the kids little gifts each day, arranged champagne and dessert for my birthday on our second night, and even came to the van to see us off. The pre-arrival team answered emails promptly and confirmed reservations, and check-in by Lunch Box was quick and welcoming. We also liked having snacks, coffee, and liquor in the FC building, and the kids had fun decorating cookies there. The Master Suite Swim Up worked especially well for our family of five. There was room to unpack, a dining table for daytime room service, and a roomy patio with built-in pool beds. A short lazy river linked our swim-up to the main pool, pool bar, and Cielo for lunch. It was great to swim right outside while our infant could nap nearby, even as other families drifted past. We had breakfast at Lunch Box three times. The meals were enjoyable, and the staff were quick, friendly, and good with the children. The buffet and other restaurants were consistently good, though the food wasn't dramatically beyond what we'd expect at a quality all-inclusive. Kidsdom was another hit. Yessenia, Yodira, Carlota, and Lety were wonderful, and drop-off was easy. Our 3- and 6-year-olds went for an hour or two almost every day and looked forward to it. Splitting the children into age groups worked well for us. The door lock broke on day one, but I put in a maintenance request through the app and it was fixed in about two hours. We had an excellent family stay, particularly with young children and an infant.

The staff's warmth was what I noticed most at Paradisus. Everyone greeted us with smiles and stayed attentive, so my family felt looked after throughout the visit. The facilities are beautiful and the atmosphere is calm, with service that made the whole experience feel special. It's among the best hotels we've stayed in. Thanks to the Paradisus team for a vacation we won't forget. We hope to come back soon.

Cynthia, our Concierge, made the week especially fun. She looked after us and turned teaching our kids Spanish into a game. At Blue Agave, Carlos Roberto brought our taco meal to life with attentive service and stories and descriptions of the food. We also had a great time at the pools and activities, and enjoyed the restaurants. It was a wonderful week at Paradisus in Playa del Carmen.

We felt well cared for whenever a question or problem came up. The staff listened, responded quickly, and handled things with kindness and professionalism, which helped us relax during the trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and kept in good shape. We also enjoyed the restaurant variety, with fresh, flavorful, well-prepared food. The resort itself is beautiful, and the combination of service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and meals made for a memorable vacation. We'd gladly return to Paradisus Cancun and recommend it.
