The rooms are a good size, with AC and a very large balcony. It's a nice apartment block, though there's no elevator, so you need to be fit.

The attentive Airbnb host made the stay even better, and the location just off 38th and Calle 5bis couldn't have suited us more. Lovely place.

Most units are high-end vacation rentals in a beautiful modern building. It's close to both 5th Avenue and the beach, which is its main advantage. There isn't a communal pool.

The apartments are very nice and quiet. The location is superb, right by 5th Avenue and five minutes from the beach.
