The property has a lot going for it: friendly front staff, private patios and balconies, and a pool area that could feel like a mini vacation. Management seems to care about the place, which makes the behavior of some residents all the more disappointing. Our group of seven, all in our mid-30s, got several noise complaints just for laughing. There was no music or party, only laughter, yet it seemed to bother people through walls thick enough to block a cell signal. At the pool, we were constantly policed even while following every posted rule. It was hard to enjoy the amenities when someone always seemed ready to accuse us of breaking a rule we’d already read twice. Some residents were more than unfriendly, their behavior crossed into outright racism. It’s 2026, and it’s still upsetting to be treated like you don’t belong when you’re carefully following the rules. The property itself is lovely, but these interactions made it far less welcoming. If you want nice amenities without the neighborhood watch routine, you may want to stay elsewhere.

We saw lots of birds and coatis because the rooms sit right beside the jungle. The rooftop pool area was spotless, had plenty of loungers, and looked out over both the ocean and jungle.

The apartment and its location were great, especially the rooftop pool. We also had animals visit our terrace 😀👍. The disappointing part was how little communication there was with the owner, so ask questions ahead of time and confirm details such as bed sizes and standards before you go.

The building is kept in great shape and has parking and a full gym. The rooftop pool has open ocean views, and the location is ideal, on beautiful tree lined 38th Street, just steps from the beach and lively 5th Ave. We’ll be back soon and will book directly through Nasplaya for discounted rates.

There’s a gym and a larger pool on the roof, as well as a small pool by my ground floor apartment. Security comes first here, and all the staff were very kind. It was an extraordinary experience 😀
