I was there for several days, and the rooms weren’t cleaned. The water was cut off, and the towels were worn. There was never anyone at reception, and I couldn’t get a receipt. They also add a commission for card payments, which is illegal in this country.

The stay itself was fine, except there was no water on my last day. I was there from January 28th to February 2nd. Finding someone at reception was difficult, and I’m still having trouble getting my invoice. They keep saying they’ve sent it, but it hasn’t arrived, and they won’t provide proof. Then they stopped answering my calls and WhatsApp messages, so the Tax Administration Service (SAT) needs to step in to reconcile this. They also charge a card commission, which is illegal.

The photos bear no resemblance to what’s actually there, and the place was hard to find. The beds and kitchen were dirty. Breakfast was advertised as included, but it wasn’t.

We booked for Easter, but when we arrived the hotel was closed. Nobody took responsibility, and we were robbed. Please be very careful!
