Andrea was such a helpful, nice host and really made our stay. The property is lovely and in a quiet part of Playa Del Carmen, though it’s still a 10-minute walk to town and the beach. I’d recommend staying here, especially for the value.

Casa di Luca is in a peaceful, gated area with a golf course, away from the bustle of touristy Playa del Carmen. We loved having breakfast on the garden terrace of the Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment, which also has a fully equipped kitchen, a poolside terrace with sun loungers, and a view of the garden. There’s another terrace upstairs, and the shared garden around the pool is beautiful. The owner was easy to reach on WhatsApp. Carlo, the owner's friend, met us with the keys at midnight, which we really appreciated, and gave us lots of useful tips about restaurants and things to see nearby. With a rental car, you can visit places like Tulum and Akumal.

The tropical garden feels like a peaceful little oasis, looking out over the jungle. I spotted two wild deer and an iguana, and even made friends with a pack of raccoons that cautiously came over because of my crackers. The house is gorgeous, and Silvia, the owner, was so kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

A good place with good service. It was lovely to spend the afternoons and evenings there after days out walking on the beaches. It gets very hot, as I found during my August visit, and renting a car is essential.
