Being close to everything made the location perfect for us. Carlos and his staff were so accommodating, and we had dinner and cocktails at the restaurant next door. The room was clean and spacious, and we had a great stay.

Mr. Eduardo and Mrs. Angelica were attentive from the start. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The place looked really cool as soon as we arrived, and it's very close to the boardwalk. If I come back to Progreso, I'll stay here again for sure.

They didn't honor my reservation when I arrived, even though I'd already made plans for the day, and they wouldn't refund me. They said they had no connection with Booking.com and washed their hands of the whole thing. The owner was arrogant and rude, and so were the receptionists. Disgusting place. If you can, stay somewhere else to avoid surprises and trouble. I wouldn't recommend going here. Disgusting.

The restaurant was the best part of our stay at Aldea Ommi. I never got the name of the woman who served us, but she was always kind and attentive, and I loved the food. We stayed in the Luna cabin, which was a 10/10, and liked being near both the Oxxo convenience store and the boardwalk. We loved the accommodations too and would definitely come back! ✨
