The staff made the stay comfortable and positive. Every single person was AMAZING. I also loved the beautiful space and wish I'd taken more photos. I had requested a one-bedroom room online, but the booking tool can be weird. When I was assigned a room with two beds, I told them right away and they changed it immediately. The beach, coconut and food stands, and Museo del Meteorito are just down the road, less than a five-minute walk.
My room was on the small side but worked for what I needed. The bathroom was tiny, though the shower always had hot water, and the WiFi worked well in my room. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in the off season, when the rates were competitive.
We didn't stay at the hotel, but we did try the buffet. The food was very inexpensive, with a great selection of traditional Yucatan dishes, all bursting with flavor. Service was great, and there was no rush in the all-you-can-eat setup. Of the three restaurants I visited in progreso, this was one of the best. The coffee was great too.
The room was good and the service was great. Parking is only available on the street.
The pool is warm and clean, and the staff are friendly. The room was basic with a small bathroom. Everything was clean. My only complaint is that the hot water doesn't always work.
