The place is beautiful, the regular rooms were great, and the hotel staff provided great service. Just know that the suites don't have air conditioning, while regular rooms do. If you have a wedding there, they recommend a DJ who was very incompetent: they ignored our texts, the timestamps, and our whole list of reception songs. They also got the cake wrong. We asked for chocolate caramel and got chocolate with a strange white frosting instead. Apart from that, pretty good.

The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the decor is amazing, with lots of intricate details throughout the beautiful hotel. The food was great too. Towels were a little rough, though. The balcony bar is nice, but the view isn't much unless you head up to the rooftop. It's a bit far from the zocolo, so getting there is less convenient. Room sizes are all over the place, either insanely spacious or kind of tight, with not much in between.

We had a lovely room with all the amenities you'd expect, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The in-house restaurant served fantastic meals. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to Puebla's historical center. We spent two nights there with our toddler. A great little boutique hotel, highly recommended to anyone visiting Puebla.

I went to a bridal shower there, not as a hotel guest, but the place looked like a great place to stay. It's full of history and close to downtown Puebla. The employees were so kind!
