The room was spacious and nice, with working A/C and a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The staff were very friendly, and there's a Subway, other restaurants and a Circle K convenience store just steps away. Breakfast is included, served hot, with several choices such as green, orange and apple juice. One of the beds was worn out and gave my wife and me severe back pain. We slept much better after switching to the other one. The spring mattresses are on the firm side, but tolerable even if, like us, you're used to softer ones. I'd recommend the hotel and stay here again on my next visit to Puebla.

This place isn't good. The Internet cuts out every few minutes, so it's useless for remote connections. The on-site staff tried to help, but management charged us for weeks we didn't stay. Very dishonest. The rooms are plain, the plumbing is poor, the towels are old, and nothing is provided in the rooms. A prison cell would be more comfortable.

My husband is staying there now, and his room is awful. It has two queen beds but no mattresses, just egg-crate foam on the box springs. There's no fridge or coffee in the room, and no refund is available so he can move to a better hotel. He's stuck there for almost two weeks. The current reviews must have been posted by the hotel staff.

The road was under construction, which was too bad. Still, we'll definitely return. The location is great, everything was clean, and the service was superb. Breakfast was very good, and when I ordered a snack in the evening, they accommodated me as a vegetarian by swapping the meat for something extra.

The location is great and the rooms are nice, but these were the hardest beds I've ever slept on.
