For a clean room, comfortable bed, and fluffy pillow, the price is hard to beat. It costs about $35 USD a night, though by US standards it's a budget hotel; depending on location, the stay feels comparable to somewhere charging $70-80. Breakfast is basic and served daily. The single bed is a queen, while the double is between a twin and a full. There’s no gym or pool. A little shop is at reception, and Walmart is a four-minute walk away.

The location is what saves this place for me. There's a shopping center very close by and restaurants nearby, and the staff are helpful. When I was there it was nearly empty, with nobody around. For the price, you could honestly find another hotel.

The included breakfast was really pleasant, and my room was comfortable and quiet. I had a good experience at One Puebla Serdan. It's well located near a mall and some of the city's main avenues.

For my business trip, this had everything I needed: a clean, new hotel, Wi-Fi, and some sort of breakfast in the morning. There aren't extra services, and I wouldn't choose it for a vacation.
