The pictures match the place, and for the price, getting a private room and bathroom is a decent deal. I stayed Saturday to Wednesday. The manager or owner was always smiling, and the place was clean. The rest of the week was fine, but I wouldn't stay over a weekend if you need sleep. Most of Saturday night I was kept awake by a band or karaoke singers doing Elvis and similar songs.

It smelled as soon as we arrived and didn't look clean at all. We left without staying because they wanted to charge more than the reservation price. I won't do business with people who aren't honest.

My only complaint is the drinking water setup. They offer small bottles included in the room rate, but there's no dispenser for refilling your own bottle, and some of us would rather avoid the extra waste. Otherwise, everything was very good. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the night watchman was very attentive.

They promised me a contract for a stay of a couple of months, but charged an extra $500 in administrative fees and never handed over the contract. Rain also came in through the door. The rooms felt overpriced for what they were, and the attempt at rustic charm didn't really work. Mrs. Paula was very serious, and at times came across as bitter.
