They’re pet-friendly, so we brought our two dogs and kept them under control. The rules were explained to us, and they inspected the loft at the end to make sure it was returned in perfect condition. From the parking lot, someone came to pick us up in about five minutes, helped with our bags, and took us to the loft. Everything was spotless, and all the staff were friendly and attentive to what we needed. Excellent service, we loved how we were treated. Thanks so much, we were delighted and will be back very soon! =)

We booked the LOFT CAPRI and loved staying there. It felt like home, and it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and safe. Guests could also use the kitchen utensils. The staff were attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. I’d recommend it.

The staff are always available and provide excellent service. Pietro Santo's lofts are beautiful and welcoming, with a romantic feel and the comfort of home. They have everything you need for an unforgettable experience.

The balcony had a beautiful view, and I loved the cozy bathroom and comfortable beds. Cooking was a delight, and the room was lovely and very cozy. The lobby was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Wonderful experience!

Everything was super clean and lovely, and it really felt like home. I’m not sure whether the heater was broken or we just couldn’t get it to turn on properly. My only suggestion is to let guests know there’s an extra blanket in one of the drawers. We didn’t spot it until the next day. Otherwise, everything was perfect ✨🙂
